Every order ships tracked from the USA, and every stone travels in a protective gem jar with a printed description card.

Packaging
Each stone is packed in a protective gem jar with foam lining and arrives with a printed description card carrying every documented property — species, dimensions, weight, hardness, treatment status and origin where known.
If something goes wrong
If a parcel arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and the stone before doing anything else, then message us the same day. We’ll make it right.
