Privacy
We collect what an order needs and nothing else. We don't sell data, and we don't run advertising trackers.
What we collect
- Order information — name, shipping address, email, and what was purchased. Required to fulfil an order and to meet tax obligations.
- Payment details — handled entirely by our payment processor. Card numbers never reach our servers and are never stored by us.
- Messages you send us — kept so we can answer and refer back if you order later.
- An email address, if you subscribe — used only to tell you when new stones are listed.
What we don't do
- We do not sell, rent, or trade your information.
- We do not use your details for advertising, and we don’t run third-party advertising trackers on this site.
- We don’t send marketing email unless you asked for it, and every email has a working unsubscribe link.
Who else sees it
Only the services required to run the shop: our hosting provider, our payment processor for payments, our email provider for order and enquiry email, and the shipping carrier on the label. Each sees only what its job requires.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Enquiry emails are kept until they’re no longer useful.
Your choices
Email us and we’ll tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it — except records we’re legally required to keep. Unsubscribing from the newsletter takes one click and needs no explanation.
Cookies
This site uses only what it needs to work: keeping a cart and your saved favourites. There are no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
