Returns
Fourteen days from delivery, on any stone that hasn't been set, drilled, or altered.
What's covered
- Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- The stone must come back in its original gem jar and in its original condition.
- Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the stone was misidentified or arrived damaged.
- Refunds are issued within 3 business days of the returned stone arriving and being checked.
What can't be returned
- Custom orders and custom parcels.
- Stones that have been set, drilled, polished, or otherwise altered after delivery.
Damaged in transit
Photograph the packaging and the stone before doing anything else, then message us the same day. We’ll replace the stone if an equivalent exists, or refund it in full.
Misidentification
If an independent gem laboratory determines that a stone is not the species we stated, we refund the purchase price and the return shipping. That is the point of publishing refractive index, specific gravity and an identification-confidence level on every listing: it’s a claim you can check.
